We have restarted production!

Last week, the IXON team has started producing ASAP products again after a long pause caused by a broken sous-vide machine. We expect to ship out our next batch of products at the beginning of next week. For those of you who are still waiting for your reward, we would like to apologize for the delay.

Also, today we would like to introduce you to Salor Lo, our Operation Manager. Salor joined IXON last year as our Sourcing Manager but has recently been promoted to the new role. She has 15 years of experience working in aviation and can speak Chinese, English, Thai and Japanese.

Salor has played a pivotal role in the launch and fulfillment of our Kickstarter campaign. If you have received a sirloin steak or pork chop from us, it is probably packed painstakingly by her hands.

另外今天想向您介紹我們的運營經理盧凱華小姐，她於去年加入IXON，擔任我們的採購經理，最近被提升至新職位。盧小姐有15年航空工作經驗，並且會說中文、英語、泰語和日語。
