The Rising Stars of Food: Introducing Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator

IXON founder and CEO Felix Cheung was invited to a panel discussion titled “The Rising Stars of Food: Introducing Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator” on Day 2 of this year’s Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Conference. Here is an excerpt of the event as reported by Quality Assurance & Food Safety magazine:

“Startups were the stars of the day, as fresh-faced founders shared the screen with leaders from some of the world’s largest food multinationals. A session introduced Felix Cheung, founder and CEO of IXON, a Hong Kong-based company that has developed a way to sterilize foods at low temperatures so that they maintain their flavor and texture. The technology is effective enough to keep meat shelf-stable for up to two years.”
