IXON to start production again on April 15

March was really an eventful month for IXON. We shipped over 1,000 boxes of ASAP products to our Kickstarter backers, prospective investors and strategic partners in United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, China and Hong Kong. Our fulfillment was near 80% completed.

Unfortunately, on 16 March, our sous-vide machine broke down. As a result, we had to pause production until the replacement parts became available.

Today, our technicians have finally fixed the sous-vide machine and are now doing all kinds of cleaning and testing prior to production. We are hoping to restart production by 15 April. So for those of you who have not yet received your rewards, we would like to ask for your patience as there is going to be a longer-than-expected delay in delivery.

And in order to ensure all fairness, we are going to extend the deadline of our Thai organic chicken breast competition to 11:59pm Hong Kong time Friday 21st May. Prize will be drawn on Monday 24th May. We hope this arrangement will give people plenty of time to post their experience of cooking and tasting our amazing ASAP products.

三月是個多事的月份。我們於三月向來自美國、加拿大、日本、韓國、泰國、新加坡、中國和香港的支持者、潛在投資者和戰略合作夥伴送出了超過1,000箱ASAP產品,在Kickstarter的承諾接近兌現了80%。

但不幸的是,我們用於生產產品的低溫浸煮機在3月16日發生了故障,我們亦因此暫停了生產,直至有更換零件可用為止。

今天我們的技術人員終於修復了低溫浸煮機,並在生產前進行清潔和各種測試,預計可以在4月15日之前恢復生產。對於尚未收到獎勵的支持者,我們對延遲出貨深表歉意。

為了確保公平起見,我們將泰國有機雞胸肉比賽的截止日期延長至5月21日(星期五)香港時間11:59 pm。獎項將於5月24日星期一抽出。我們希望所有人都有足夠時間來發表他們對ASAP產品的良好煮食體驗。
