IXON to speak at Global Food Safety Initiative conference

The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) conference is known to be the world’s largest meeting for people working in food safety. Over 1,200 food industry leaders and decision makers from both private and public sectors attend the annual conference to share knowledge, expand networks, do business and showcase new technologies.

IXON’s founder and CEO Felix Cheung has been invited to speak at a plenary session titled “The Rising Stars of Food: Introducing the Techstars Farm to Fork Accelerator” from 1725 to 1755 Central European Time on Wednesday 24 March. He will be joining John Guttery from Ecolab, Brett Brohl from Bread and Butter Ventures, Leena Pradhan-Nabzdyk from Canomiks and Patrick Zelaya from HeavyConnect to discuss how new technologies are used to realize a safer and more sustainable global food supply chain in the post-COVID era.
