ASAP technology featured on innovation news site Springwise

We are delighted to hear that our proprietary advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP) technology has been featured on Springwise, a London-based curated news publication focusing on innovations and trends around the globe.

“The technology being developed by IXON has the potential to revolutionize all types of catering, from school cafeterias to camping,” wrote Lisa Magloff, the author of the Springwise article. “We are particularly enthused by the fact that food produced this way does not lose its nutritional value, as with dehydrated, frozen or canned foods.”

Magloff further commended that ASAP products are more environmentally friendly because they require less water and energy to manufacture. Also, because ASAP products are aseptically packaged, they can be taken through customs anywhere in the world. In other words, through ASAP, you can have your favorite dishes sent in the mail or overseas.
