Timelapse video shows food preservation capability of ASAP technology

Have you ever wondered what happens to a pork chop if you leave it at room temperature for two weeks? Well, if the pork chop was a normal pork chop, the answer would probably be pungent smell, mold growth, or even maggot infestation. However, if the pork chop was aseptically packaged pork chop using our ASAP technology, the ending can be very different — as shown in the timelapse video below.
