ASAP applications on seafood

We knew from the very beginning that our company’s advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP) technology is applicable to seafood, but only until recently have we considered applying it on a larger scale. This week we tried applying ASAP on three popular and sustainable seafood items: Patagonian toothfish, black cod and large octopus.
