IXON to launch Kickstarter campaign this September

IXON is finally giving us fans and supporters what we have been waiting for — the chance to experience the ultimate in food innovation and meat preservation technology!

Coming this September, you will be able to purchase ASAP® meat products ranging from grilled sirloin steaks to sous-vide pork chops through Kickstarter. The ASAP® products have been sterilized at 60 °C using IXON’s advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP®) technology so they can be stored safely at room temperature for 12 months. The IXON team is still working hard on finalizing the details, but ‘early birds’ are expected to receive their purchases one month after the Kickstarter campaign ends.
