IXON joined Thai foodtech accelerator Space-F

We are proud to announce that IXON has been selected as one of ten startups to join Space-F, a foodtech accelerator based in Thailand founded by National Innovation Agency (NIA), Thai Union and Mahidol University. In partnership with Betagro, Deloitte and ThaiBev, the program aims to help entrepreneurs scale-up their products and connect them to prospective investors with an overarching goal of bolstering the region’s food security.

“Thailand has some of the world’s largest poultry, fish and seafood brands,” says Felix Cheung, Founder and CEO of IXON. “We want to leverage the insights, capabilities and network of Space-F program for launching our business in Southeast Asia.”

The accelerator program is to run for five months, and each startup will receive a US$4,750 – 12,600 grant over the course of the program with no equity taken. Tentatively, Space-F demo day is set to run on Thursday 8 April. For the full list of startups joining Space-F, please visit: https://www.space-f.co/batch-ii-2020/
