Pork chop II

Yesterday we showed you photos of a two-month-old pork chop that was grilled to perfection. Today we will show you photos of that pork chop prior to grilling.

The pork chop out of its package looks cooked because it has been treated in 60 °C water for approximately four hours. As you can see, the flesh is pink, juicy and tender — not something you would expect to see in a two-month-old pork chop!

The pork chop can be eaten straight out of the bag because of its sterility. However, for best results, we recommend searing the outside of the pork chop with a torch gun or frying it in a fry pan for no more than two minutes.

包裝袋內的豬扒,因為經歷過四個小時攝氏60度浸煮,所以看起來像熟肉。雖然浸煮時間很長,但是豬扒依然粉嫩多汁,怎麼看也不像費擱置了兩個月。

因為無菌,所以豬扒從包裝袋拿出來後,理論上是可以直接食用的。如果想有更佳效果,我們建議你用火槍燒豬扒的外面,又或者在鐵鍋內煎少於兩分鐘。
