IXON Selected for Prestigious Hong Kong Science Museum Exhibition

IXON is proud to announce its participation in the prestigious "Innovative Pathway: Hong Kong's New Era of Industry" exhibition at the Hong Kong Science Museum, showcasing our revolutionary advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP) technology as a prime example of local innovation transforming the food industry.

The exhibition, which highlights over 50 exhibits from Hong Kong's most innovative companies and researchers, demonstrates how cutting-edge technologies are being applied to solve real-world challenges across various sectors. IXON's ASAP technology will be featured as a breakthrough solution that enables food preservation at room temperature without refrigeration or preservatives for up to two years.

Visitors to the exhibition will see IXON's technology demonstrated through displays of aseptically packaged barbecue pork rice with egg, poached salmon, barbecue chicken wings, and prawns – all preserved at room temperature while maintaining restaurant-quality taste and texture.

The "Innovative Pathway" exhibition will run from April 11 to July 2, 2025, in the Special Exhibition Hall of the Hong Kong Science Museum. Opening to the public at 5:00 PM on April 11, it is accessible to all visitors of the Permanent Exhibitions without any additional fee.

參觀者可通過展出的無菌包裝叉燒蛋飯、水浸三文魚、燒雞翼和蝦等食品，見證IXON技術如何在常溫下保存食物的同時，保持餐廳級別的口感和質量。

「創·造未來」展覽將於2025年4月11日至7月2日在香港科學館特備展覽廳舉行，於4月11日下午5時開始對公眾開放，常設展覽廳參觀人士不另收費。
