Other notable speakers included Dr. Fong Lai-ying, Project Director of Hong Kong Food Innovation & Technology Hub, and Mr. Gao Yuanliang, General Manager of Shandong Zunrun Sanrougey Food Co Ltd.

Cheung's presentation highlighted how IXON's ASAP technology is addressing key challenges in the ready meals industry. "Our advanced sous-vide process, combined with aseptic packaging, allows for the creation of ready meals that maintain restaurant-quality taste and texture while significantly extending shelf life," Cheung explained.
