IXON featured on the cover of FB Tech Review
Last year when the San Francisco-based magazine Food & Beverage Technology Review told us that IXON has been shortlisted for Top 10 Food Processing and Packaging Tech Solution Providers in APAC 2020, we were thrilled. But in January when we learned that the editorial team was going to do a four-page feature story on IXON, we would by lying if we said we weren’t over the moon.
Well, today we are happy to announce that the four-page feature story has been published and is now available to view online in the March Issue of Food & Beverage Technology Review. And we are equally excited to see that our Founder and CEO Felix Cheung has been featured on the cover of the magazine, holding a three-month-old ASAP pork chop in his hand.
To this end, we would like to thank the editorial team of Food & Beverage Technology Review for their wonderful write-up. We would also like to thank our photographer Mr Alan Lee for his amazing shots of our CEO.
去年當總部位於美國三藩市的《食品和飲料技術評論》雜誌告知我們IXON已入選「2020年亞太地區十大食品加工和包裝技術」時,我們感到非常興奮。但一月當我們得知編輯團隊將為IXON製作一份長四頁的專題報導時,說實話我們真的感到雀躍萬分。
今天我們很高興地宣布,這份長達四頁的專題報導已經出版,閣下可以在《食品和飲料技術評論》三月號上在線查看。同樣令我們興奮的是,我們的創始人兼首席執行官張文浩先生登上了雜誌封面,手裡拿著一塊已經放置於室溫下三個月的先進低溫真空無菌豬排。
為此,我們要感謝《食品與飲料技術評論》的編輯團隊所做的出色撰寫。我們還要感謝攝影師李先生為我們首席執行官所做的出色拍攝。
