[Testimonial 05] Mistakes to avoid when cooking ASAP products

Our friend Eva Cham from Hong Kong just sent us two video of her cooking ASAP pork chops. In the first video, she made pork skewers with leek and red bell pepper by cooking the pork in an oven by 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Needless to say, the meat ended up slightly overcooked though still tasty.

In the second video, Eva made Sichuan-style pork by steaming thinly sliced ASAP pork chops in a steam oven for 1 minute. She accompanied the sauce with a hot and spicy sauce she made herself, and the result looked fantastic.

Lesson to learn: Don't treat an ASAP pork chop like a conventional pork chop. The product is already cooked. We recommend that you place the product inside the refrigerator 4 hours prior to cooking (so that the interior stays nice and cool), and then quickly sear the surface on a griddle or very hot pan for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.

經驗教訓:不要用烹調傳統豬肉的方法處理「先進低溫真空無菌包裝」豬排,因為它早已被煮熟。我們建議您在烹飪前4小時將產品放入冰箱中(以使內部保持涼爽),然後在烤盤或非常熱的鍋上將表面迅速燒30秒,或直到變成金黃色。
