Future Foodtech London Day 1

On the first day of the Future Foodtech London event, we prepared Canadian pork chop in Korean citron sauce and US beef sirloin in Japanese wasabi mayonnaise for our guests to try. They all praised the juiciness and tender texture and could not believe that the meat has been left at room temperature for over a month!
