The importance of a clean environment

At IXON, we believe that there is no compromise on food quality and hygiene.

Our pilot plant is equipped with a 'class 1000' clean room and a 'class 10' clean bench (i.e., the number of dust particles of size 0.5 microns or greater per cubic meter must be less than 1000 and 10, respectively) to ensure that our food products are made in the cleanest possible environment.

The equipment we use to create this clean environment is imported from Japan and Sweden. An environment with less dust particles means less bacteria, fungi and spores, which translates to lower risks of food contamination.
