Our first taste test!

We just taste-tested some roast beef that had been stored at room temperature for three months. The beef was juicy, succulent and tender and it’s fat was soft, velvety and permeated with the scents of rosemary and virgin olive oil. It was so easy to eat too. We just opened the packet and the beef was served immediately after cutting.

我們剛剛品嚐了在室溫下儲存了三個月的燒牛肉。牛肉鮮嫩多汁,脂肪柔滑如絲,咀嚼時感受到迷迭香和初榨橄欖油的淡淡香氣。食用方法亦非常方便,我們只需打開包裝,將牛肉切片即可食用。
