What is advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP)?

The modern society is moving towards a busier lifestyle. Many people, particularly the younger generation, crave for quick-and-easy food — food that requires very little preparation — because they no longer have the space or time to cook in the traditional manner.

Our company has developed a method called advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging (ASAP) for manufacturing meat products (e.g., sirloin steaks, pork chops and chicken wings) that can be eaten after warming in hot water for two minutes. ASAP meat products are precooked at 60–70 °C, so their taste, moisture and texture are far superior to those of canned meat and retort pouch products. Unlike chilled meat products, ASAP meat products do not require refrigeration and can be kept at room temperature. Moreover, ASAP technology uses very little energy, has limited impact on the environment and is therefore ideal for the lifestyle of the future.

為了滿足都市人的需要,我們公司開發了一項名為「先進真空低溫無菌包裝」(ASAP)的技術,可用於製作肉類產品,只要放置於熱水中兩分鐘即可食用。由於ASAP技術的烹調溫度只有攝氏60-70度,肉類產品會變得好味多汁,質素遠高於傳統罐頭或高溫高壓即食包裝。利用ASAP技術製作的肉類產品,無需冷藏,可在室溫下長期保存。ASAP技術只需少量能源,不會對環境造成影響,適合未來人類生活。
