Unlike canned food, retort food or food processed using the latest microwave-assisted thermal sterilization (MATS) technology,
ASAP food products are not exposed to temperatures greater than 250 °F (121 °C).
As a result, the taste, texture and quality of ASAP food products are far superior. In fact, they bear more resemblance to traditionally made meals, if not professionally made meals.
